This Distance Sales Agreement (the "Agreement") is concluded between the parties whose details are given below, by the consumer's electronic approval on the www.zeymer.com.tr website (the "Website").

2. SUBJECT
The subject of this Agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product(s) ordered electronically by the BUYER through the SELLER's website www.zeymer.com.tr, whose characteristics and sale price are stated below.

4. GENERAL PROVISIONS
4.1. The BUYER declares and accepts that they have read and understood the essential characteristics, sale price, payment method and delivery information of the product subject to the Agreement on the SELLER's website, and have given the necessary approval electronically.
4.2. The product subject to the Agreement is delivered to the BUYER or to the person/organisation at the address indicated, within the period stated in advance on the website depending on the distance of the BUYER's location, and in any case not exceeding the statutory period of 30 (thirty) days.
4.3. Delivery of the product is subject to the SELLER's stock availability. Unless otherwise stated, products that are out of stock cannot be sold.
4.4. If, after delivery of the product, the price is not paid to the SELLER by the relevant bank or financial institution because the BUYER's credit card has been used unfairly or unlawfully by unauthorised persons, the BUYER must return the delivered product to the SELLER within 3 (three) days.
5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
5.1. The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the Agreement within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the product, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.
5.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, written notice must be given to the SELLER within this period. The notice of withdrawal must be sent to: info@zeymer.com
5.3. A product returned under the right of withdrawal must be delivered unused, in its original packaging, complete and undamaged, together with the original invoice. Otherwise the return may not be accepted.
5.4. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in service contracts where performance has begun with the consumer's consent before the withdrawal period expires.
6. PRODUCTS OUTSIDE THE SCOPE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following products:
Hygienic products whose packaging has been opened or which have been used (for example sheets, bathrobes, etc.)
Products made to the consumer's order or prepared in line with personal requests
Products liable to deteriorate quickly
Single-use products
7. IN CASE OF DISPUTE
In disputes arising from this Agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the BUYER's place of residence have jurisdiction, within the monetary limits announced each year by the Turkish Ministry of Trade.
8. ENTRY INTO FORCE
The BUYER is deemed to have accepted all the terms of this Agreement once payment has been made for the order placed through the www.zeymer.com.tr website.
This Distance Sales Agreement has been drawn up electronically and enters into force at the moment it is approved by the BUYER.
